Status Update - Continuing as Ever


Hey all,

Just writing to keep you all updated. Personally, I would've liked a lot more to update with at this point, but both FAPCOM and Dartred are busy for the next couple of weeks, and even then, we have so much to do in regards to the new areas.

I remain hopeful as ever, but I need your help! Please check out here: http://resigameforum.proboards.com/thread/4/request-casino-tileset
I am concerned about the potential difference in art style, but I can make adjustments to things sent in.

Below you will find one of the Cerberus Game Over images (drawn by Dartred) that I have coloured in, shaded, and added extras to. There are still some changes to make, but I need to know if there's anything I should focus on, so please give me your feedback!




















Again, thank you for your continued patience. I know it's slow, but we'll get there!

    hey again bruv, just wanted to throw some advice your way.
    When shading It is most often better to pen, ink, fill and smudge rather than to draw the shades with different hues of brush. It usually yields a more realistic effect.

    dont worry, i dont have net right now, but i AM still drawing. im dartred btw. i should be getting a wifi reciever within the next month so i can keep constant contact. for now i had to come to my friends house who is pretty far just to let you guys know im not dead.

    Still nothing new with project itself. Hope you don't drop it its so good, i remember old resigame versions complete game. It was nice. Just hoping you will get this one same quality sooner or later

      the last time Z-fied was heard from was about two months ago. Please use the link he put from the last post if you are hoping to see updates from him. An update on this blog will probably come once he has a demo ready.
      There are still missing tiles for the requests he made on the forum so there wont be a demo ready before those are finished.

    as someone who helps z-fied out (tester) i have not heard from him so unless he is hiding from everyone wanting to beat him with sticks for not updating or something (i know how weird ya'll are XD) or making some secret update or whatever i am calling it

    Come on guys, lets give him a break, I'm sure we all have had times in our life's were life has taken up all of our time. If you guys read back (and i highly urge you to) life has really kicked him in the balls. He does; work a full time job, pays and goes to school (full time which statistically leaves like 6 hours of sleep if you; get home, eat, then sleep), and essentially lives on his own. So why are we sitting here; trolling, talking shit, spamming, and being pessimistic? If anything we should sympathize with him, and work on the things we need to in order to get this thing on the road! If even, work on new things that you want in the future from this game or keep editing the things you already have and sent them to his officers to hold on to and give him something to come back for!
